Job Title: Social Media & Content Creation Officer (Fresher Jobs)

Bridge of Ambitions Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit organization based in Kampala, Uganda, dedicated to empowering the next generation of thinkers, doers, and leaders. Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by equipping young people with the tools, knowledge, and platforms to ignite change in their communities and beyond.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
- Design digital content (posts, videos, graphics) to engage audiences.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content.
- Support campaigns through innovative storytelling.
- Collaborate with program teams to document field activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
- Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Video editing skills are an advantage.
