We are seeking innovative, committed individuals who can work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.

 

Job Summary:   We are looking for a dedicated and highly efficient Human Resources Officer (HRO) to join a dynamic social enterprise. This role requires someone who is proactive, has strong experience in policy review and implementation, and possesses a collaborative attitude towards service delivery. As an HRO, you will manage HR documentation, including record-keeping and performance management, to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement HR policies, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Manage performance management systems and oversee the performance review process.
  • Organize, manage, and update employee records in line with compliance standards.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in policy review, performance management, and documentation management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Age: Below 35 years
