Job Summary: To provide front desk services, administrative support, and assistance with financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The role involves managing office reception, handling financial data, and supporting administrative functions in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (front desk, administrative, or finance support).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic accounting software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of office equipment and management practices.
