Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve functionality and performance.
- Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Computer Science, information Technology, or a related field.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in software development
- Understanding of software development life cycle specifically agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Proficiency in PHP and experience with Object- Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with the Laravel framework.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with Database Management Systems, preferably MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of RESTful API development and Integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly it.
- Ability to develop scalable and high-performance applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous projects and experience is a plus.
