CADS Ventures Limited is a leading Debt Collection Agency (DCA) in Uganda, offering services mainly to Commercial Banks, Government and Corporate Institutions.
Job Summary: The Senior Officer- Debt Collection & Recovery is responsible for management of special case files as well as supporting and coordinating team efforts to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Law or business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a debt collection or credit processing role attained from a Debt Collection Agency, Law Firm or Financial Institution.
- High level of communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
