Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Required to coordinate all conferences and Banqueting sales booking.
- Liaise with all clients and ascertain their requirements to ensure the functions are successful
- Required to process letters of confirmation and daily function sheets
- Coordinate all stock and catering requirements and liaise with the different departments
- Effective communication, computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel), time management, and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Opera Sales and Catering an added advantage.
- One to two years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator major hotel required. Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills necessary.
