Job Title: Settlement Clerk (Fresher Jobs)

Reports to: Warehouse/Stock Team Leader

Job Summary: The primary role of the Settlement Clerk is to make sure all administration is completed and all data captured in the system, on a daily basis in real-time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capture & analyze data from source documents into the system.
- Compare data with source documentation or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Compile, Sort, and Verify the accuracy of the data before it is entered
- Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to the supervisors
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Transfer details from separate journals to general ledgers and data processing sheets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- Added advantage: ACCA or CPA
- Experience /Knowledge in Accounting.
- Must be computer literate
- Financial acumen
- Must be a strong team player, flexible with the ability to work under minimum Supervision
- Must be energetic and willing to work on weekends when required
- Should have attention to detail
- Must be result oriented
