• Lead and supervise junior procurement (Buyers
  of foreign/ international purchases) and Logistics Staff.
• Lead and supervise all foreign procurement
  activities
• Prepare and process purchase orders for
  foreign supplies
• Keenly review payment claims/invoices and
  business term details before processing of payments
• Order materials and services as per negotiated
  and approved quotations.
• Regularly analyze market and supplier
  delivery patterns in order to assess present and future material
  availability
• Build, strengthen and manage business
  relationships with key suppliers
• Responsible for supplier relationship
  management
• Responsible for Procurement & Logistics–
  Risk Management
• In charge of contract Management
• Lead and supervise all logistics activities
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned
  from time to time by the Immediate Supervisor

• The ideal candidate for the Movit Products
  Limited (MPL) Assistant Manager Supply Chain, Foreign/ International
  Purchases vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and
  Supply Chain management with a professional qualification of Logistics
  management
• At least five years of related experience in
  logistics, supply chain management from a reputable
  institution/organization
• Proficiency in ERP
• Ability to work independently and manage a
  high volume work flow
• Effective communication and negotiation
  skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement and Logistics
  management regulations, laws and procedures
• Strong familiarity and technical competence
  with purchase and logistics management software and /or automation
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Strong leadership, motivation and managerial
  skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
