USAID Project:
seeks to implement an anticipated USAID-funded project that will support
improving access, especially at the community level, to affordable, quality
family planning services and a wide range of contraceptive methods.
Summary: The Monitoring
and Evaluation Manager will oversee the project’s monitoring and evaluation
plan, monitor country-level interventions, and manage implementation research.
The incumbent will also lead the development and dissemination of knowledge
management products.
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the M&E Manager should possess an
advanced degree in health sciences, public health, demography, epidemiology,
project evaluation, or related field - A minimum of seven years’ experience of implementing, monitoring,
and evaluating development projects. - Fluent spoken and written English required and one or more of
Uganda’s local languages preferred.
