Responsibilities:
- Provide second level Assurance Support
Activities - In charge of 2nd Level Incident Management
- Responsible for problem Management
- In charge of System Administration
- Provide 2nd Level Billing Operations
Experience:
- Strong technical competence in
IPTNMS-Packet / IPTNMS-Circuit / SO-EM - Working knowledge in IP services
(E-LINE/LAN, MPLS-TP) - Strong knowledge on SuSE Linux, HP-UX
operating systems - Strong knowledge on Ingres, MySQL,
Postgres Databases - Integration knowledge/experience of ENIQ
with IP Broadband portfolio - Working knowledge of TCP/IP and CLNS
Networking - Understanding and exposure to
virtualization and High Availability - UNIX Scripting skills
- Exhaustive knowledge of ALU and Ericsson
Traffic Nodes and SPO nodes - Problem solving and performance oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, social &
communication skills - High willingness and ability to share
knowledge and experience - Entrepreneurial and result driven; makes
sure set targets are met
