Operations will develop, implement, lead and manage the country office human
resources and operations functions, providing guidance and support to employees

- The
applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or
related degree - A minimum
of five years’ experience at a senior management level. - Prior experience
of working with an International NGO is desirable. - Working knowledge
of country employment laws is vital
