Job Summary: The Programme Assistant will support in the realization and implementation of the livelihoods project in Northern Uganda and in so helping NUDIPU achieve its vision as aligned above.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the project implementation through out the district.
- The programme assistant will be charged with advocacy and mobilization of PWDs.
- Coordinate and work harmoniously with the local authorities, partners and stakeholders.
- Mobilize and monitor Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and their participation as stakeholders in today’s egalitarian environment.
- Manage and keep books of accounts for the District Unions and funding received.
- Submit monthly reports in time to the program officer to track progress on project indicators.
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Works and Social Administration, Community Audit Education and any related fields.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
