Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup of new Desktops
- New Printer and Replacements
- Replacement of Desktops
- Replacement of Printers
- Hardware Maintenance and Repairs of Desktops
- Hardware maintenance and repair of Printers
- Physical Disposal of Desktops
- Physical Disposal of Printers
- Computer specification forms signed by users Desktops and monitors
- Computer equipment movement & Relocation form – Desktops & Monitors
- In charge of all desktops in IT Workshop
- SCCM administration
- SMS OS Image creation of applications using MDT2010
- Exhibition support
- Regional Service Center support
- General hardware management
- General Software Support and management on client computers after escalation when necessary
- Blackberry backup/support
Qualifications:
- 4 years experience and above in a busy corporate environment.
- Training on MS products like Windows and Server
- MCSE
- MS Soultions i.e. Operating Systems and management tools.
Knowledge:
- Active Directory Management
- Windows Client Installation and Maintenance
- Antivirus Administration
- Knowledge of SCCM/SCOM
- Ability to work with service desk
