Job Summary: As an Audit Manager in our Assurance division, you will use your professional skills and experience to manage complex assignments across a broad range of industries and responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage audit engagements, including risk assessments, test plans, and resource allocation.
- Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high quality audit work.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Identify and assess risks, develop audit strategies, and implement audit procedures.
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor audit staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and firm policies.
- Monitor and report on audit progress, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements
- ICPAU member in good standing
- Minimum two years in an Audit Manager role
- Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed project constraints
- Experience in client relationship development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
