Job Summary: RiyoChick Uganda Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team in Busunju. If you’re passionate about poultry production, animal welfare, and farm management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career with a dynamic and progressive agribusiness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily farm operations and staff supervision
• Ensure flock health, feed, and water system efficiency
• Support production monitoring, biosecurity, and quality assurance
• Mentor teams and manage farm compliance activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Animal or Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, or Agriculture
• At least 5 years’ experience in poultry farm management (preferably caged systems)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
