Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the Academy’s revenue, budgets and profitability.
- Develop, price and scale profitable training programmes.
- Drive student recruitment and admissions.
- Secure corporate, NGO, embassy and B2B training partnerships.
- Lead a lean team and maximise Swangz’s facilities, brand and network.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing revenue, budgets or P&L.
- Skilled in sales, pricing, packaging and closing B2B deals.
- Hands-on leader who builds systems, tracks performance and scales lean teams
