Job Summary: Swangz Avenue is looking for a Creative Director to lead and shape our creative output across all platforms. If you understand brands, think big, and can turn ideas into powerful campaigns, we want you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the overall creative direction across all departments
- Review and approve major creative work before client delivery
- Translate briefs into clear, strong creative ideas and campaigns
- Work with teams to improve execution and maintain brand standards
- Connect ideas across departments for integrated campaigns
- Direct and approve design, art direction, and brand visuals
- Support and lead creative input in pitches and presentations
- Consistent and strong creative output across all platforms
- Quality and impact of campaigns and brand work
- Success of creative direction in pitches and projects
- Strong brand identity and client satisfaction

- Good understanding of brands and storytelling

- Strong communication and leadership skills
