Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technology Solutions Sales Executive to drive business growth across our technology portfolio. Reporting to the Sales Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, developing proposals, and closing new business across private and public sector organizations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will sell and develop opportunities across Modern Work and Cybersecurity Solutions, Infrastructure and Cloud, Data and Artificial Intelligence, Business Applications (ERP and CRM), Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
• Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 years and above proven experience in ICT, technology, software, cloud, connectivity, infrastructure, security, or enterprise solutions sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience engaging decision-makers at C-level and senior management levels.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling enterprise accounts, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions in business terms.
• Relevant ICT sales certifications will be an added advantage.
