Job Summary: To support efficient receipt, storage, issuance and control of workshop spare parts, tools, lubricants and other materials.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials.
- Properly store and label stock items.
- Issue parts and materials against authorised requests.
- Record all stock movements accurately.
- Maintain orderly and secure storage areas.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support reconciliations.
- Report damaged, missing, obsolete or low-stock items.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of lubricants and other materials.
- Maintain accurate store records and documentation.
- Follow AGL inventory, safety and security procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stores environment.
- Experience in an automotive/workshop store is an advantage
