Kenrom Chemicals Limited is a certified Ugandan chemical manufacturing company that specializes in the production and supply of industrial, institutional, and food-grade chemical products. Founded in 2015 by directors Fred Bukenya and Robert Muyingo, the company operates a 3,500-square-foot manufacturing facility in Kampala and expanded regional distribution into Kenya in 2020.
Job Summary: Kenrom Chemicals Ltd is looking for dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our team and help grow our market presence across Uganda. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding our distribution network and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication/Journalism.
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to travel frequently within Uganda
- Experience in sales is an added advantage
