Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws & compliance.
- Analytical, data-driven problem solving skills.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- 7+ years’ experience in Human Capital Management.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare, distribution or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
