Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee Camp upgrade, Fuel storage Facilities Upgrade and other Technical works in the area of responsibility
- Undertake activities pertaining to scope of work definitions including the development of Bills of Quantities and other supporting technical documentation.
- Carry out technical analysis and support different evaluations, Interact with other technical entities for the planning of activities and progress follow-up.
- Undertake supervision roles on site activities to ensure quality objectives are being met, adherence to health and safety requirements, ensure that works are kept within agreed budget lines and time frames;
- Participate in Technical & Project meetings, including but not limited to Technical and progress review meetings, HSE Meetings, Service Quality Management (SQM) Audits with Contractors, toolbox talks while at site to mention but a few;
- Review and answer to Design and Construction Contractor queries keeping Civil Engineer in the loop;
- Prepare and review contractors maintenance plans; have it validated with Surface Logistics superintendent & Civil Engineer;
- Attend site works realization and review contractor deliverables from the progress / realization and civil engineering standpoint
- Carry out necessary coordination with relevant stake holders / specialists following up inspections and tests carried out by Contractor.
- Participate to the implementation of the key performance indicators tools according to the evolution of the activities. Maintain and update the Department Action Plan & planning;
- Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE performance in accordance with TotalEnergies Group objectives, Develop, plan and vision
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree would be an added advantage).
Experience:
Professional experience:
- More than 6 years’ experience in Civil Engineering of Building and Civil / Structural Engineering Projects.
- The candidate should have a good knowledge and exposure of current local legislation pertaining to Environmental Protection, Health and Safety at Work, Waste Management.
- The candidate should have a good command of the English language.
- Candidate should be a confident user of MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, Primavera, AutoCAD and OS Windows.

- He/she should have the ability to work on their own initiative, remaining self-confident and solid under pressure, demonstrating logical thought patterns, high degree of organizational ability and be an effective communicator at all levels.
