Job Title: Physics Assistant Teacher (2 Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Delivery:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles .

Classroom Management:

• Establish and maintain a positive, orderly, and safe learning environment conducive to effective teaching and learning .

Student Assessment:

• Set, administer, and mark tests, assignments, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback to students .

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress .

Curriculum Implementation:

• Implement the national or school curriculum effectively, ensuring all learning objectives are met .

Student Support:

• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs, providing remedial instruction where necessary .

Parent Communication:

• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and areas for improvement .

Pastoral Care:

• Provide guidance and support to students on personal, social, and academic matters .

Professional Development:

• Participate in continuous professional development, including staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions .

Extracurricular Activities:

• Participate in and support extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, and school events .

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including department heads and school administration, to enhance the quality of education .

Resource Management:

• Utilize teaching aids, materials, and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences .

Discipline:

• Enforce school rules and maintain discipline in the classroom and school environment .

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, adhering to school safety policies .

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
