Job Summary: Rizona Gardens & Restaurant is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee the general operations of the premises and drive business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will oversee restaurant operations, catering services, venue hire and recreational services, while actively driving sales, marketing, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gardens and restaurant.
• Drive sales, marketing and business development.
• Grow catering and outside catering services.
• Drive venue bookings for weddings, parties, corporate events and other functions.
• Oversee recreational services and customer experience.
• Manage staff and ensure high service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Develop initiatives to increase bookings, customer traffic and revenue.
• Monitor operational costs, stock and overall performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A dynamic hospitality professional with proven experience in operations, sales, marketing, customer service and team management, preferably within restaurants, events, catering, gardens or similar hospitality businesses.
• Residents of Seeta and nearby areas are especially encouraged to apply
