Job Title: Operations and Finance Manager

Organisation: The Big Fix

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct accounting, budgeting, grant management and compliance while building internal controls to protect the organisation’s assets.
• Manage operations and procurement performance to keep programs running efficiently and resources well managed.
• Serve as a team leader, running staff performance reviews, tracking program impact and mentoring the administrative team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge in fund accounting, tax filing, QuickBooks, financial reporting, writing and compliance.

Education & Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA qualification.

Additional Details

• At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience with more than 3 years in a senior management role.
