Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes across the group’s business units.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR administration across companies with differing operations.
- Coordinate onboarding, training logistics and other aspects of employee relations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field.
Additional Details
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience in more than one industry.
- Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.
