Job Title: Sub-Programme Officer – Public Sector Transformation Programme (2 Positions)

About Organisation:
The Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) is the cabinet-level government body mandated to develop, manage, and administer human resource policies, management systems, and organizational structures for the entire civil service framework of Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify priority interventions for integration into the five year and Annual Program Implementation Action Plan, as aligned to NDP IV.
- Identify priorities, outputs, targets and resources required for incorporation into the Program Budget Framework Paper (PBFP), and consolidate the Sub-committee Budget Framework Papers priorities, as aligned to the Program Implementation Action Plan.
- Identify Administrative Reforms to facilitate achievements of the Program goals and objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Office and Information Management, Information System or Information Science.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Office and Information Management, Information System or Information Science.
