Job Summary: This role suits a practical and customer-oriented insurance professional who enjoys coordinating service delivery, supporting agents, and solving customer issues. You should be comfortable taking ownership, guiding others informally, and working across teams to deliver consistent service outcomes.
This role provides hands-on exposure to customer experience, policy retention, underwriting support, and distribution operations, with clear opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Professional insurance qualification is an added advantage.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in insurance operations, customer service, underwriting support, or a service center role.
- Exposure to life insurance servicing, customer retention, or distribution support is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple service priorities.
