Web Motors Ltd is an established car dealership located in Kisementi, Kampala. They specialize primarily in sourcing and retailing reliable, high-quality used Japanese cars in direct partnership with major global vehicle exporters like BE FORWARD Japan.
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Car Sales Executives to join our wide , collaborative, and results-oriented team. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, answer queries, and recommend cars to cater to their unique needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customers’ questions about Cars, Prices, Availability, and credit terms.
- Recommend Cars to customers, based on their needs and interests.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Level of Education, Post-secondary Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or other related fields.
- 2 years of experience in sales.
- Required skills include Active Listening, Persuasion, Negotiation, Service Orientation, and Judgment and Decision Making.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, and Computers and Electronics.
- Proficient in Word processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English.
- While not mandatory, the following experience and skills will be advantageous:
- Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
- Active Learning, Coordination, and Complex Problem Solving.
