Job Summary: The Outlet Technical Sales Representative drives outlet performance by converting walk-in customers into sales, providing expert product advice, and ensuring efficient day-to-day outlet operations. The role contributes directly to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives outlet performance by converting walk-in customers into sales
- Provides expert product advice
- Ensures efficient day-to-day outlet operations
- Contributes directly to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Animal Science or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or outlet sales, preferably in agrovet or feed products
- Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills
- Knowledge of poultry feeds, supplements, or agricultural inputs is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong selling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with POS systems
