Established in 2011, the company is headquartered in Koro, Omoro District, and operates a corporate office at Mukwano Courts in Kampala. It supports over 330,000 smallholder farmers across East Africa by supplying climate-resilient, high-yielding seed technologies.
Job Summary: Provide strategic leadership, oversee departmental operations, foster stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in agribusiness or related sectors;
- Proven track record of managing teams and strategic planning.
