This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Job Summary: Assist in daily vehicle dispatch coordination and trip scheduling Monitor vehicle movement and utilization Track fuel variances and report abnormalities Assist in verifying fuel requisitions and fuel cards Participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings Maintain proper filing of fleet and fuel documentation Undertake any other learning assignments as directed by management
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily vehicle dispatch coordination and trip scheduling
- Monitor vehicle movement and utilization
- Track fuel variances and report abnormalities
- Assist in verifying fuel requisitions and fuel cards
- Participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings
- Maintain proper filing of fleet and fuel documentation
- Undertake any other learning assignments as directed by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transport Management or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet and fuel management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Fleet Manager, Certified Operations Manager) a plus
- Should be able to speak french and English
