Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accurate, updated register of all organizational assets
- Managing the entire life cycle of assets, from acquisition an installation to maintenance, upgrades, and disposal.
- Assessing the condition of assets to planfor repair or upgrades.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all facilities and equipment.
- Ensure facilities meet health, safety and environmental standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of asset management and facility maintenance practices.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
