Job Summary: The Supervisor will guide supervisors in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring staff discipline, customer satisfaction, and proper store management. You will work directly under the Area Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of office and administrative staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints or answers regarding policies and procedures.
- Guide employees in handling complex problems or disputes.
- Review records or reports to verify details and evaluate performance.
- Discuss job performance problems with employees and work on resolving issues.
- Prepare and issue work schedules and assignments for staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary Diploma in relevant fields
- Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Skills: Active Listening, Time Management, Monitoring, Active Learning, Management of Personnel Resources
- Knowledge: Strong background in administrative tasks
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Luganda
- Experience with customer service
Skills in Active Listening
- Knowledge of customer and personal service areas
