Founded in June 2015, our mission is to harness and nurture refugees and young people’s personal, community and national aspirations to promote peace and development through informed, innovative and value driven approaches.

Job Summary: The African Youth Action Network (AYAN) is looking for a passionate and committed Field Coordinator to join our team in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement.

This role is part of the PATHPRENEUR Project, which aims to improve the well-being of refugee families through early childhood development, livelihoods, and psychosocial support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement AYAN programs in the field
• Engage with refugee and host communities
• Support and manage volunteers
• Oversee field activities and logistics
• Collect data and report on project progress
• Work closely with partners and local leaders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in community-based programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with refugee communities
