Job Summary: We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our head office team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company security standards.
• Prepare duty rosters, deployment schedules, and attendance reports.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and client complaints professionally.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel performance.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
• Liaise with clients and management on security matters.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a security company.
• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
• Basic knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident handling.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.
• Must be disciplined, honest, and physically fit.
