Job Summary: EarthEnable is looking for hardworking and collaborative Constructions Assistants to join our field operations and work alongside dedicated colleagues to directly improve the well-being of your community. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to our collective success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Site Support & Operations

• Assist in monitoring construction sites to ensure work is done according to EarthEnable’s quality standards.
• Help supervise the work of masons and franchisees, reporting any issues to your supervisor.
• Support the preparation of sites and ensure they are clean, safe, and organized.

Team & Material Support

• Learn from and assist masons and franchisees with their daily tasks.
• Help track the use of construction materials and tools on site.
• Support the delivery and distribution of materials like varnish and paint, ensuring they are used correctly.

Reporting & Customer Service

• Provide daily updates to your supervisor on site progress and any challenges faced.
• Help with quick, minor repairs as identified during field visits.
• Be a friendly and professional representative of EarthEnable, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Certificate in Construction, Building, Civil Engineering, or a directly related field
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and learn new skills quickly.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a construction, audit, or quality control role.
• Experience with inventory management and reporting.
• Knowledge of local communities in the specified districts.
• Riding skill and a riding permit is an added advantage
