Job Summary: As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive growth, market share, and profitability. Working closely with the Regional Director and Commercial teams, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, oversee campaign execution, and ensure strong brand positioning across product categories

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies for East Africa
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to Identify opportunities.
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) in collaboration with R&D and Project Management Team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
• Monitor and measure performance using KPIs, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes
• Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree In Marketing. Business Administration. Communications, or a related field
• A Masters degree (MBA/Marketing specialization) is an added advantage Membership in a professional marketing body (e g. Uganda Marketers Society – UMS. or Chartered Institute of Marketing – CIM) is desirable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry preferably in Veterinary medicine Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in budget management and project execution.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to handle both strategic and tactical tasks
