About Organisation:

Vintage International is a registered company whose primary business is construction and engineering.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction details
• Supervise project implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Collaborate with engineers and quantity surveyors to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare project documentation, including BOQs and specifications
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revil, and c\other design software.
• Registration with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong design and visualization skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is an added advantage
