Job Title: Architect

About Organisation:
Vintage International is a registered company whose primary business is construction and engineering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction details
- Supervise project implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and quantity surveyors to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare project documentation, including BOQs and specifications
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revil, and c\other design software.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong design and visualization skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is an added advantage
