FIT has been in operation since 1998 and had an annual turnover of $16.2 million in 2010. FIT controls over 450MT of airfreight export cargo per week through our network of offices across East Africa by offering customers seamless synchronized solutions.

Job Summary: Freight In Time is hiring a strategic, results-oriented Country Manager to lead commercial development and operational excellence in Uganda. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader who thrives in optimizing logistics, building empowered teams, and unlocking regional growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and cross-functional teams
• Drive commercial strategy and service quality across Uganda
• Develop and implement efficient sales, HR, and customer service systems
• Coordinate international freight and local transit movement
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Represent FIT across agent networks and local partnership
