Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing equipment’s both remotely and onsite.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain lab/biotech equipment
Provide customer training and technical support
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
Promote service contracts and generate sales leads
Manage spare parts and service documentation

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in field service roles, especially in biotech/biomedical environments.
Previous experience in troubleshooting electromechanical software controlled scientific instruments, laboratory or bioprocess settings
