Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing equipment’s both remotely and onsite.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain lab/biotech equipment
- Provide customer training and technical support
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
- Promote service contracts and generate sales leads
- Manage spare parts and service documentation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in field service roles, especially in biotech/biomedical environments.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting electromechanical software controlled scientific instruments, laboratory or bioprocess settings
