Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi in areas General Sales, Promotions, Merchandising, Route- to -Market, Roadshows among others.
Job Summary: Treasure Communications is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and expanding business in alignment with company objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings and pitches.
- Build and maintain a prospect client database.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients.
- Collaborate with management on sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients for retention.
- Attend networking events to connect with prospects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- High professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business development tools.
