Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by equipping young people with the tools, knowledge, and platforms to ignite change in their communities and beyond.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver peer education sessions within communities.
- Promote behavior change and knowledge-sharing on project themes.
- Support outreach events and campaigns.
- Gather community feedback and assist M&E efforts.
- Be a positive role model and mentor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Youth aged 18-30 years.
- Passionate about community engagement and education.
- Good public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Training in peer education is an advantage.
