Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi in areas General Sales, Promotions, Merchandising, Route- to -Market, Roadshows among others.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive, Uganda to expand our client base, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growth prospects, and renewable contracts.
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Act as the primary contact person for clients in Uganda, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Promote Treasure Communications Limited’s vision, values and market presence.
- Gain a deep understanding of client brands and develop customized marketing strategies.
- Drive client penetration plans into new markets across Uganda.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling customer value propositions and presentations.
- Assist in achieving business growth targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Handle any additional responsibilities as directed by the management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Client Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, client service, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Ability to identify market trends and leverage them for business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and sales reporting.
