Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi Unit Chef at Chicken Tonight Ltd in Banda. The Multi Unit Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of multiple locations, developing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and implementing cost control measures. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement operational strategies, focusing on optimizing food cost margins, maintaining food safety/HACCP compliance, and driving operational excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the kitchen teams to achieve overall success.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Culinary Skills, Menu Development, and Kitchen Management
- Food Safety Knowledge and Cost Control Abilities
- Team Leadership and Staff Management
- Inventory Management and Procurement
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
