Job Summary: Is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing effective training programs across multiple QSR units consistent with service standards, operational excellence, brand and safety standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized training materials, manuals, and SOPs for all operational roles.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires across all QSR locations.
- Conduct regular training sessions (in-person or virtual) on food safety, customer service, equipment use, and brand standards among others.
- Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to assess training needs and performance gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Support leadership development initiatives for supervisors and aspiring managers.
- Ensure training compliance with health, safety, and local labor regulations.
- Maintain training records, schedules, and progress tracking for all units.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee skilling programmes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Psychology, Human resource, or any other relevant field.
- Professional qualification and Trainings such as PGDHRM, TOT, ISO certified trainer preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a training role within the QSR, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Experience working in or with multiple units or locations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel between units as required.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in training tools (e.g. LMS), MS Office suite and Al savvy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
