Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • 2+ years as a receptionist / administrative assistant.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
