Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Accounts Assistant will support the financial operations of the organization, focusing on the following areas:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in preparing financial reports to guide decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
General Accounting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and processing transactions.
Compliance and Taxation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with tax filings and other statutory obligations.
Cost Management
- Monitor and control operational costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities within the organization.
Technology Integration
- Support the integration of accounting systems with technology solutions.
- Utilize accounting software to improve efficiency.
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to accounting and financial processes.
- Assist in streamlining workflows for better operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology-focused or startup environment.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and technology tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good understanding of financial principles and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
