Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Solar Energy Operations Assistant at our company. The ideal candidate will oversee and execute day-to-day operations, meet with clients, drive marketing and sales efforts, draft proposals and pitch decks, conduct research, record meeting minutes, and ensure our offices’ smooth functioning. As a solar company, the candidate must possess a strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute day-to-day operations of the company
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and communicate company offerings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services
- Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets and expand customer base
- Draft proposals and pitch decks for potential clients
- Conduct in-depth research on solar energy technologies, market trends, and competitors
- Record and distribute accurate minutes for all company meetings
- Maintain a presence at the startup company offices to oversee daily activities and address any operational issues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in operations management, sales, and marketing
- Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
