Job Summary: The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for our system updates, order/dispatch lists, resolving dispatch issues, and assisting in stock takes. You will report to the Warehouse Team Lead.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will receive deliveries from suppliers on our systems’ AX.
- You will process orders on our systems (shipping of orders on AX and Trackers)
- You will assist in resolving dispatch queries from the field.
- You will assist in the monthly stock-take cycle counts and reconciliation.
- You will monitor stock levels and order replenishments.
- You will monitor reverse Logistics and ensure processes are followed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Warehouse Management or Procurement Management.
- One year of experience in a similar position
- You have experience in using inventory management systems.
- Be dedicated and open to learning from us.
- You are well versed in computer knowledge.
